| 3. Format Desired. We request that your news release be
sent to us as a plain text email. Please send us your release already edited. Although we
will accept MS Word & Adobe PDF attachment releases, we strongly discourage sending us
Adobe PDF releases. We prefer plain text email releases or worst case MS Word attached
releases. |

| We accept all digital pictures (with a three picture limit). We do not
accept faxes. No other editing software program releases will |

the primary contact is for your news release. Ideally we would like to know, the name of
the contact person, web address (if there is one) and email address, including a phone or
fax number is also helpful. Releases without these critical elements will not be published
or even considered for publishing, we will also not publish anonymous news releases. |
