Guidelines for Submitting News Releases |
|
| 6. When to Publish. In the case of an event that is
occurring a month or so away please send us your news release at least two weeks in
advance, simply include your official release date and we will publish your release on
that date. We will not publish before that date, simply stipulate either “for
immediate release” or have a “to be released by date” listed. |

| 8. High Resolution Digital Pictures. No more than three
pictures per release please. Also please be aware |

| that any pictures sent are automatically licensed to our organization(s)
for use however we see fit to feature and promote your news event. We will hold license to
your pictures and release indefinitely. |

| 9. Potential Additional Coverage. We may attend your
event and provide additional coverage. |
